TERMS & CONDITIONS
We outline the terms, conditions, and privacy policy of our company and the services that we offer.
Basis of Sale. The seller and the buyer expressly exclude any terms or conditions which the buyer includes in any purchase order, order confirmation, and other order of document. Any variation of in the terms & conditions will only be binding if agreed in writing between both parties.
Authority to Print. You confirm that, whether by way of copyright or ownership, you have the rights and authority to use and grant us the permission to facilitate the printing of all the files, logos, images, etc. that you submit to us.
Layout & Design Service. Our layout and design services are based on trust. Availing our services means that you trust our design vision. This means that these services rendered by us are deemed final. No refunds are allowed as long as the service has been done, whether you use them or not. Submitted files may be used to showcase our work on our website or social media pages unless told otherwise.
Orders & Specifications. All orders are offered depending on the availability of products. No order is deemed accepted by the seller unless an order confirmation is sent back to the buyer.
Development & Changes. The seller strives to do continuous product development and reserves the right to amend the specifications of any product and this agreement without prior notice.
Color Disclaimer. The seller aims to present the best color renditions on print. However, due to differences in monitors, ICC Profiles, & different media options offered, variations in color may occur. No guarantee in color is given. It is recommended that the buyer tests out prints before ordering in bulk. Errors pertaining to color inaccuracies won’t be acknowledged.
Printing Technology Disclaimer. The seller strives to keep its machines in tip-top condition. Minor imperfections such as but not limited to scratches, banding, misalignment, and paper curling may occur due to technology limitations. The seller is free from any liability for returns, refunds, and cancellations arising from issues stated above.
Production & Delivery. Time for delivery will not be the basis of the sale and the seller will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the buyer arising from any delay in the delivery of the goods however caused. All timelines are estimates and may change due but not limited to machine breakdowns, stock availability & courier schedule. Buyer must inspect the goods upon receipt. In cases where goods have been delivered by a courier, a receiving copy document will constitute conclusive evidence against the buyer of receipt of the quantity of goods indicated on that document free from any apparent defect or damage. If the goods are alleged to be damaged or defective upon delivery, a description of the alleged damage or defect must be given in writing at the time of delivery. Unaccepted, undelivered goods will not merit a refund.
Rush Print Service. Rush jobs have a corresponding non-refundable rush fee. This service requires the buyer to arrange the pickup of his or her goods. The rush fee still applies even if the goods have been picked up or not. This service is offered depending on availability.
Discounts. Offered discounted rates are only valid for jobs with immediate full payment.
Payment. Payments must be made in full before an order is processed unless agreed upon by both parties. Prices quoted are in Philippine Peso. Other arrangements may be discussed by both the buyer and the seller.
Cancellations. No cancellations are allowed once orders are processed. Notice of wish to cancel must be made via email and must be approved by the seller. Since we usually require full payment before production, the deposited amount by the buyer will be kept as a credit balance that the buyer can utilize within the calendar year.
Returns & Refunds. Since print products are highly customized, goods cannot be returned for a refund. Replacements may be given under the discretion of the seller and deliberated upon if goods are returned in its original packaging and in its unused condition.
Returning of overpayments are not allowed. They will be kept on credit for your next transaction. These are valid for orders only within the calendar year.
Third Party Websites & Links. This site includes links to other websites and webpages. We have not reviewed, and cannot review all materials in these websites. We do not have any control over them and will not be responsible for their contents, use, privacy policies, or practices. You are responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer systems from viruses, worms, trojan horses, and other harmful or destructive content.
Data Protection & Privacy. Information such as the name, company, contact number, and address of a buyer may be collected. All data provided will be kept private. Nevertheless, we may use the gathered information to maintain and improve our services; administer and process your transactions and courier deliveries; and inform you of products & services that may interest you. Data collected will be stored in an average period of two years, electronically in our system, to ensure the quality of our services. If you wish to have your information deleted, feel free to send us an email indicating that you no longer wish to have your data stored with us at: orders@smallpieceofpaper.com.
End Use. We cannot evaluate all content provided to us, thus will not be responsible for the goods’ use or effects.
